When Will they arrive!!!

As you can see from my countdown out 1st trip to WDW will soon be here.
We have booked through as TA for a Virgin Holiday and Tickets too!! :grin:
Just wondered when we will get a call from the TA to say that our tickets are there to be picked up!!! :jump: :mickeybou

Also when do we fill out the paperwork (i think its called a waiver!!!! :blush: :confused2 ) Is that on the plane.
Someone mentioned that you have to do it on line now before you go!!! :confused2

Hi, I think your tickets should be with you around the 14 day mark or sooner. I've never had to pick them up from a TA before though usually virgin will send them direct.

If I remember from the last time I went with virgin you did fill something out online, but then we also filled out paperwork on the plane. If I were you I would give Virgin a ring direct which would answer your questions better than I can.

Our tickets for our forthcoming holiday arrived last week but that is by far the exception....our last four trips they came in the week before.

We booked Virgin through a TA and go in 19 days. We haven't had any paperwork yet, the TA said that it will be sent to them and then they will call me to go and collect it.

my sister is a travel agent and says they are coming in 7/10 days before you go thats with virgin. we have not got ours yet my sister going to chase them up if they are not in by sat when she is next at work so dont panic

We go Sunday, 30th March with Virgin and our tickets have not arrived yet.

When is the latest I should leave it to call Virgin? Not panicing, but a little bit nervous.

We booked through Thomas Cook flying with Virgin and we received our tickets about 2 1/2 weeks before departure. You can fill in advanced passenger information on line then you can do on line check in. The green visa waiver was given to us at bag drop and I filled them in before boarding the plane. I believe if you book directly with Virgin they leave it till the last minute to post tickets, I've read many posts with people worrying about their tickets, I will find out for myself next year when I book with them!

You will need to fill in the API (advanced Passenger Information) out before you fly for all your passengers. We do this online and I usually do it a couple of weeks before we fly. You will then have to fill in a visa waiver form and customs form out during the flight, they give these out when you check in so I usually do them before we board the plane. I think, not sure, if you can't do the API online it will be filled in at the check in desk. Have a good holiday :cool2:

still not recevied my tickets virgin say they have been processed and are in the post but with the bank holiday they should come in next week some time. they seem to be later and later sending out tickets

We go a week on Friday, so I went to the TA today to see if they knew when Virgin would send them the tickets. Apparently they've had them since Saturday, it's now Wednesday, so much for them phoning me when they arrived :angry: .

i wouldnt say worried... but certainly have concerns, you should ring your travel agent first thing.

I hate this waiting for tickets. I really wish they would send them sooner. I will start doing the panic phone calls to Val on Wednesday next week (just to warn you Val). I want my tickets and I want them now (picture small dumpy stroppy person :jump: jumping up and down) :grin: :grin:
