could someone tell me were is the nearest place for food other than the parks we are staying at all star movies as part of our hol.Looking at the map it looks like maingate is that right or crossroads ?

Downtown Disney would be convenient, especially as you can use Disney transportation. I believe Crossroads is not far from DTD.

Crossroads is basically at the end of the same road DTD is on. About 2 mins drive if the lights are in your favour.

The nearest food outlets to All Stars is Maingate,if you use the
sherbert road exit,however no public transport is available.

Sherbeth road is ideal if you have a car. Come out of All stars and follow the signs for Animal Kingdom Lodge. You'll soon come to traffic lights where the disney road joins Sherbeth road, clearly signposted.

Turn left onto Sherbeth and about 5mins down the road you're at west 192.

Great choice of restaurants. Sizzler, Ponderossa, Golden corral, Dennys, Cracker Barrel, TGI fridays, Mcdonalds, Burger King, Wendys, Waffle House, Shoneys etc.

Much closer than crossroads to All stars.
