Last year we had free ddp. Although we loved it, we missed eating at off site restaurants, and felt a bit restricted at having to book everything.

This year we're not having ddp, and thought we'd try a mix of Disney and off site dining. Off site we generaly stick to west 192. Shoneys, Golden corral, cracker Barrel, Bob Evans, Denny's, TGI and Chik Fil-a.

Any other suggestons for great restaurants off site?

bruno's italian restaraunt on the 192 west is very good. it is in a strip mall next to a very tacky gift shop, which is floodlit in a ghastly lime green, so you can't miss it. keep driving past cracker barrel and you will come to it on the left hand side of the road.

I would highly recommend Smokey Bones (www.smokeybones.com (http://www.smokeybones.com)).

The food and service is always great. We go to the one on Vineland Road in Kissimmee.

We always do Olive Garden and TGI's for tea!
For something more special you could take a visit to Celebration and try Cafe D'Antonio or Celebration Town Tavern... both very nice!
