Who people feel are good for tickets and why?

I have been looking at different sites for tickets and I am just wondering what peoples experiences are of the following companies as they are offering me the best at the moment. How good are they on their customer service etc?. These companies are

Mercury.net
Attraction Tix
Attraction tickets direct.

Look forward to hearing what people ave to say before I part with my money.

I have always used Attraction Tickets Direct and they have been faultless every time. Ordered my Universal tickets recently on the Sunday and had them on the Thursday - not going until August lol.
The use real tickets, not vouchers and I would recommend them to anyone - I believe that they price match as well, although I have never used this.

Many other people have their favourite sellers too - so read all the posts and make your mind up then is my advice.

Out of the companies you have listed I have only used ATD. Service was absolutely fine & I would use them again if the need arose :)

For me it's Attractions Tickets Direct. I've ordered from them twice and both time the tickets have arrived within a few days. They send out real tickets and don't charge extra for 'signed for delivery'. For one of my orders I paid by credit card, which they don't charge extra for. For my other order I paid by debit card and they price matched for me.

Also, they lady that I spoke to on the phone was lovely. :)

I haven't actually dealt with the other companies and I'm sure that they also offer a great service, but in the future I will definitely order from ATD again. :wavey:

I wouldn't have a problem with any.
I've used Mercury and ATD for orlando tickets.
I've used Attraction tix for Port Aventura and Terra Mitica with no problems although they are vouchers, not tickets from them.

A reminder

If someone posts asking if anyone has used a certain company, PLEASE do not post saying "I got my tickets from......" or "Try this company they will Price match" etc etc....
The poster is asking if you have used the company they mentioned, NOT who you used or who you would recommend. If you haven't used the company they mention then there really isn't any need to post.

Have used Mercury and Attraction Tickets Direct, both great service and wouldn't hesitate to use again. Real tickets sent not vouchers.

I have used Attraction Tickets Direct everytime, you get real tickets as opposed to vouchers, really good service and don't have to wait ages for them to arrive. :wave:

i would agree Attraction Tickets direct - they even price matched this year and that saved us a fair bit of dosh - especially on 21 day ultimate tickets

I've read through the previous posts to this, I can't see where anyone didn't follow the guidelines, am I missing something particular to this thread.

Attraction Tickets Direct are great, no cc charges, real tickets and they're sent straight away.

Just a shame their 2009 prices are a bit ouch at the moment or I would've bought ours already
