ive got the normal n95 and i love it... bought a 2gb mem card for it which is more than neough for me.
but really all depends what you are going to use it for.
only problems i have had was the screen on it, had it a week and due to my line of work the screen got broke as there is no cover, this was when it was in my pocket.
cost £50 to get it repaired. you can get plastic covers/cases off ebay for a few quid.
other than that id highly recmmend them, great camera, GPS is excellent (when it works) media facilities superb, and if you go with 3 you should be able to take ful advantage of all the services.

I don't have one but know several people with them and whilst I love the functionality of the device including the camera, I would find the size too much

I've got one, its lovely, i'm not very "techie" but love it, got it through vodaphone and got 1 years free sat nav too which is a bit of a laugh, the camera on it is better than our normal digital one which is an added bonus.

DH has one with 4GB card....hes love it (he had the N90 before and likes it more than that one :confused2 )
He uses it a lot for videos and pictures of DD whilst out and about :) ...dont know what else it can do though Im not techie AT ALL ;)
