bubbalous bbq on the corner of kirkman and conroy, not far from universal. ideal after a day there. don't be put off by the exterior, it has won many awards. also brunos italian restaraunt on the 192 west is good.

I was going to start a new post but might as well include it in here;

Someone mentioned a "all you can eat" rib night and I think it was at Tony Ramos or something like that?

All you can eat ribs at Tony Romas ( I Drive) on a Monday, the best ribs ever - I don't like them here, all gristle and fat. Tony Romas, just tender meat that falls off the bones.

Chili's and Red Lobster are favourites too (I don't eat lobster, the chicken and shrimp are fabulous)

Another vote here for Chilis, Applebees, Sweet Tomatoes and Bahama Breeze. Also Bennigans - there's one at the North end of I-drive and another close to Premier Outlets in LBV - their steaks are lovely and they do a delicious Guiness sauce (a bit like the TGI's Jack D sauce) to pour over your steak. ;)

For Tex-Mex kind of food we love Chevvys. The food is really nice and the portions are huge, little too huge for me!

Try Seasons 52 on West Sand Lake Road, lovely food and really nice restaurant, very popular, you may need to book beforehand, I had a lovely night there to celebrate my 40th in October.

Black Angus for a nice steak and also Logans and Longhorns as already mentioned. The best one I had was at Longhorns - it was fantastic!

Bennigans, TGIs, Planet Hollywood & Hard Rock. Shame Race Rock closed - that was amazing.

If you like steak you must try Whistle Stop Junction at the very north end of I Drive near the shopping malls.

The do a buffett for $10.99 which includes as much Steak and Grill as you want, they cook this to order in front of you at the grill.

We found the quality of the buffett to be of a much better standard than ponderosa. I can't wait for our first meal back there in a few weeks. :tounge:
