Ticket start dates?

We've booked a 7 day my way premium ticket for Disney through VH as well as Discovery Cove for 18th August. We are travelling on the 14th August and when DW booked she explained that we wanted the Disney Tickets to start on the 15th.

Having just checked our invoice online we have noticed that the Disney ticket is dated 18th August. I've contacted VH and have been told that the date is irrelevant and we should have no problems getting in on the 15th. We're not convinced as this happened last year as well and we managed to convince them to change the dates.

Does anyone know if the dates on the vouchers issued by the travel company/ticket agent mean you can't use them until then?

as far as i know you activate the passes on the first visit and then it would be valid for the relevent number of days :confused2

If the voucher is dated the 18th and we want to go on the 15th will that be a problem, this was our worry. JULIEXXXX

The tickets will start on the first day you activate them :)
It could become an issue if you bought at 2008 prices & wanted to use them in 2009 - but I can;t see any problem with your situation
