Why is my computer freezing?

Does anyone know why our computer keeps freezing all the time. it has only started happening recently.

could try a couple of things
1) Delete all cookies and temporary ones, and clean the disks
2) Do a Defrag
It might help offten does for me!

Could be one of a 1001 things, heat, software conflicts, virus, spyware. Try a virus / spyware scan as a first port of call.
