snap, my parents are off to florida in a couple of weeks (jammy so and so's), we love to shop at Abercombie, so they said the would bring some stuff back for us - however go onto a&F website to look at clothes & prices but it directs you sraight to the UK site.

Thanks but my friends are going over, why we were looking is to see if the London clothes were the same as in the shop over there or are they slightly behind with styles. I emailed Abercrombie and they told me its something to do with the UK IP address whatever that means.

Thats great I am very tempted to order, but when I ordered from Hollister before Christmas they sent me an invoice from customs and excise about 6 weeks later for £52.00. The first time I didnt get one I spent about $500 the second time which was about 3 weeks later I spent $250 and got stung for the above amount. If they invoice you in the next 3 weeks or so would you mind letting us know. Thanks

It is the proxy settings, you can get round it by going to somewhere like http://anonymouse.org/anonwww.html who, not surprisingly, allow you to surf anonymously via a free proxy which has no country ID. It can be a bit slow but it is secure.
