Best place we found were the FLORIDA MALL and PRIME/PREMIUM OUTLETS on International drive. There were that many shops that it nearly led to divorce! :)

My sister-in-law loves the clothes in Ross Dress For Less at the Loop.

My daughter also likes to visit the Denim World's which you see as you drive along the 192. They have designer names at really good prices and there is normally a discount coupon in the booklets you can pick up at Walmart etc.
