Anyone used seasidevillas-boathouse.com?

Hi,

It's our first trip to Miami and we're on a tight budget. We came accross seasidevillas-boathouse.com, sound very reasonable (if a bit cheap), the website looks nice, if not a bit too nice for the price. Can anyone confirm it's legit? I'm a bit weary about giving them my credit card number.

I can't find a price on the website. How much have they quoted, and for how long?

$119 per night for a studio appartment, it was $99 at first, but then added $20 for electricity (13-17 May)
