We won't be landing in Orlando until 8.30. That's if there aren't any delays. I'm assuming we will be out of the airport at around 9.30, we go through immigration on our stop over in chicargo.
We have to go to the welcome centre on vineland road to collect the keys to our apartment. Will they be open as late as this? If not does anyone know what the procedure is. We have a code to enter and have to push a button, but what does this do are the keys in the box. also will they leave directions?
Any help would be appreciated. :wavey:

We were given the code to a lock box and inside were all the envelopes of people who hadn't arrived. We just went thro them until we found ours which had directions, burglar alarm codes and keys in. Only prob was we had to go back next day to register as it is county/state law that you have to register within 24 hours of arrival.
No problems at all, only wish we had known about tolls on roads as we didn't have change, never again, kept all my quarters this time.
I think you would be best to drop a line to the people you have booked through to get a definitive answer.
Where is your welcome centre? Ours is at the Best Western Lakeside of the 192. It's only open 'til 6pm and then you have to collect your keys from a coded box and register the following day.

We picked our tickets up from the welcome centre on Vineland Road. We were given the details by the rep (jetsave) at the airport, these included a map to the office and code for the box to collect. Once we got our envelope from the box it had details of of how villa, how to get there, key code etc.
