4 Bed Villa in Calabay Parc

Hi there, Has anyone ever stayed in Calabay Parc before? We booked a 4 bed villa through Virgin so we are hoping it will be ok. It is on the Villa map but there are no pikkies of what sort of villa it is. :wave:

Not sure that we have any Dibb villa owners on Calabay Parc. We did look at several homes there before we bought ours and the layouts were very nice, some had L shaped pools and all seemed pretty well kept. They will all differ in decor and amenities as they are all privately owned.

From Calabay Parc you could choose the 27/192 routes (or short cuts) or try going through champions gate and up the I4 or Old lake Wilson Road.

Hi we stayed in a private villa on Calaby Parc in 2006. Our villa was very nice big ours had 5 bedrooms. The community of Calaby parc can be reached from Four Corners (villa entrance) too which is handy if you miss the Calaby Parc turning lol, or if your coming from the other direction.

We stayed on Calabay Parc a couple of years ago and our villa was gorgeous with a really lovely pool, it is a lovely clean and tidy community, no problems, most of the villas seem to have walls behind them separating them from the properties that have been built behind, so are not overlooked as in some communities, although I am not sure if this is always the case. Wouldn't be any question of going back there if we found the right villa (we like to try a different one each time we go). We staying at Legacy Park this year, just along the Hwy 27 from Calabay, so hope that is as nice.

Hiya We stayed @ a 4 Bedroom Villa @ Calabay Parc September 2006 and it was georgous great place to stay lovely area..would definatley go back.. :grin: :wave: :wavey:

I have just returned today (after a 6 hour delay Virgin FLight VS16) from a private Villa on Calabay Parc

Seems to be a nice mixture of residential and holiday properties, although somewhat busier than some of the other communities we stayed at in the past

We had no problems very nice area, close to Walmart, Publix and a selection of restaurants / take aways, and aprox 25 - 30 minutes to most of the attractions (50 mins to Busch Gardens)

Its only 5 mins from US 27 and I4 Jct 55 , and advisable to use the I4 route to the park rather than heading to 192 which always seems to be congested


Sure you will have a lovely time, - I wish I was back there already

Thanks for the replies, they were really helpful and put my mind at rest (silly worrying really all the houses we've seen out there could fit about 5 of our little house in!) Cheers x
