Free dining plan?

I have heard that disney are offering free dining plan for selected dates but can only see it offered on the US site. Is it only available via agents in the UK or have I not spotted it?

It is only available via US agents/websites (or Val).

You've missed the boat for booking via UK TA's, it's only avilable via US agents now. But the advantage is that the US offer includes Value hotels.
