You can't get a bus straight from Pop to Walmarts unfortunately... the cheapest route by taxi is to get the Pop bus to DTD then a taxi from there. But in that heat we took a taxi from the Pop and said stuff the hassle... the nearest one at that time cost us $60 :( Hopefully other people can help you better than I can right now.

Nearest Walmart to Pop is in Vineland Avenue which is about 6 miles.
No direct bus, the best option is taxi.
You could get the bus to DTD but it'll not shave much off the distance an probably more hassle coming back carrying the goodies.
I can't help with the taxi cost.

When the taxi driver drops you off take his business card to call him when you are ready to be collected... don't say come back in one hour because trust me... you will spend hours in there it is HUGE and mind blowing for your very first visit. Take his card and customer services behind the tills will call the cab number when you are ready... they told us they only call cards they won't call a cab if you don't have a number. But failing that cab drivers always drive around the parking lots of stores and shopping malls so you can always get a cab. They are everywhere and don't forget to include the tip both ways too to the cost of the cab fare.
