we've been looking at the kennedy space centre and me and my fella would quite like a look but we're wondering if our daughter who will be 2 and a half at the time would be bored all day.so not sure wether to go or not :confused2

It is a fantastic excursion,we took our 4 year old and it was a shuttle launch day which made it extra special.
It is more geared to older kids (6+) I think ,that said the time passes very quickly and it was lovely to get away and do something totally different.
My DS who was 4 then loved the space toys in the gift shop, lol

We took DD1 when she was 3 1/2 and it wasn't the best place for her. She didn't really like the loud films, and we skipped quite a few exhibits as she was pretty nervous, I would say the only part she really liked was the playground.

I wouldn't recommend it. We took our two boys 3 and 10 to it, very disappointed as Ian was looking forward to it, but wasn't much for little ones to do

We took our 2 daughters age 13 and 10 and they were quite bored really - especially on the bus tour to the space shuttle.

We took our DD when she was 3 and she was bored stiff, but so was I!! Probably geared towards older boys to be honest.
