We have just returned from 2 weeks in Orlando, mainly doing Disney, but had the Seaworld, Busch, Aquatica pass as well. :d:
The first time we went to Seaworld it was really crowded, far more than on previous visits. We then went to Aquatica the next day, and I worked out why Seaworld was so crowded.
We arrived at about 9.45, for a 10am opening and the queue was huge. They shut the gates by 11am :omg:
Consequently, all the people who didn't get in to Aquatica, just went next door to Seaworld!
As far as Aquatica is concerned, it is severely overhyped. If you are insane enough to queue for over an hour for the dolphin tubes, as my husband and children did, you will be extremely fortunate if your decent coincides with the dolphins being in the vacinity of your tube for the nanosecond you pass through thier tank.
I am sure it will get better when they are able to manage their crowds, and the landscaping softens (it is very concrete jungle). Although I enjoyed both the other parks on the ticket, there is no doubt that the Disney Waterparks are far superior, which is a shame, as we were looking forward to a fun day.
