craig Carroll's surf school at Typhoon Lagoon

Hi, has anyone attended the Craig Carroll Cocoa Beach Surf school at Typhoon Lagoon and if so did they think it was worth the $140 cost?

My understanding is that you have 30mins land instruction and then 2 hours in the water - during this time in the water do you get plenty of attempts at surfing?

My DH did this last Sept and he really enjoyed it.:thumbs-up

It was more difficult than he expected, hence him falling off constantly!!:d:

He thinks he got around 8-10 waves which he said was more than enough as he was completely knackered!:D
