When we go to the water parks do you take your own towels or can you hire them, what's the best thing to do?? :erm:

That's a safe bet :d:
I'm sure at BB they were only 1$.
A locker was $10, $5 back on key return.

If you are staying at Disney you can use your room towels and leave them there. Otherwise as said $1 per towel and $10 for small locker $12 for large. Your stuff is safe on your sunbed though, not advisable to leaves cameras and wallets though

We like to take our own big beach towels as the hire towels are really small :omg:. x

They are $1 each to hire & although not as large as beach towels, hiring means you're not carrying large wet towels home to dry out!

We just rent towels too. You just dump them in the big towel containers at the park exits/changing rooms and off you go. Can't remember how much they are - husband always sorts the towels and locker while I get our "space" for the day sorted. They aren't huge but fine for drying off and you don't have to launder them.

ONG that seems a lot, even when you get $2 back :confused2
I usually take mine from the WDW hotel as you can take the bath towels and they are bigger than the hire ones. The hire ones are not big and sometimes thin with use!
I'm thinking of taking my own beach towel this year - don't care about it being wet, take a carrier bag, put wet cossie and towel in, boot of car, no problems. Soon dries on balcony or at villa. Easy to spot as well when looking for your lounger!
Will take an old one and leave behind to save on suitcase weight lol

We always take towels from the hotel poolside - usually about half a dozen for four of us - and then dump them back in the hotel towel bins after our visit.

You can leave them at BB or TL as they all go to the same laundry apparently

Possibly not, if you're staying at the Marriott! ;)

We hired the towels at Aquatica. Hired 2 between the 4 of us. Only needed them at the end of the day to dry off before changing.
With hindsight could have not bothered and just 'air-dried', but the lure of just one more slide ride was too much!!!!
You get refund on hire in the form of vouchers to spend at Aquatica or Seaworld.

First time we took our own towels - then second time we hired them. Very cheap and easy.
Will not be bringing them IN THREE WEEKS TIME!
Sorry very excited.

We always take a large lightweight travel towel - goes everywhere with us - and also buy some beach towels from Walmart, these get left at the hotel :spin: :wavey: when we go.
Unless you want to go loaded up it's best to hire them. It's about a $ or so and you just return them when you've finished.

Thank you for your replies and advice, I think we'll go for the hiring, it'll save carrying another bag!!
Thanks again, not long to go now!! :wavey:
