Anyone been through the new Terminal 5?

Am flying to Heathrow on Thursday for work, returning Friday night. Just wondered what the new T5 is like for shopping/eating?

I haven't used the terminal as a passenger....but I have been working some silly long hours over there recntly :erm:

The terminal is great for shopping....A huge Harrods, Tiffany's, Paul Simon to name a few.

If you follow the link above and select Terminal 5 from the first box it'll show you all the shops in the terminal.

For food I'd recommend Carluccio's (Landside) or Wagamama's (Airside). Oh and the frozen Yoghurt at Itsu's is pretty good as well. It's a good job the terminal is so big...all the walking counteracts all the good food :grin:
