Hiya just wondering about tickets, were not off till Aug/Sept and have seen loads of web sites offering tickets for sale to all the major parks and attractions. Last year we bought all our tickets from the Hotel which seemed a good price. Is it worth using the ticket sites and does it work out cheaper??

Also how long before you go would you buy them online and do you get tickets or vouchers that need exchanging at the parks??

Well im going aug/sept and i have got all my tickets. I asked the same question on here but with the current deals online at the moment i think you would be better buying now. Saying that depends what tickets you will need i guess!

I think that you will find a good deal from the UK sites. Some do offer vouchers while others send tickets.

Have you looked at the UK prices? The sticky at the top of this forum is a good place to start for suppliers.

Also how long do you intend to be at WDW - the Ultimate ticket is only available in the UK and can be a good deal.

When you buy is upto you , occasionaly you may find a post here that leads to a good deal.

With the strong pound against the dollar ii decided to just buy everything before i go, had a good shop around and got the best prices i could find for everywhere.

I like having it all sorted before i go though, and thanks to the internet connection at work i was able to look at a lot of ticket suppliers both here at in the USA.

It was amazing how many suppliers had different prices for different parks.

For me mapleleaf where the best for Disney, Buying direct from universal and using online florida for DC and the Busch parks. :)

Hi
We got our tickets in Feb and we head off soon. We used Attraction Tickets Direct and got real tickets. If you plan to spend alot of time at the Disney parks (we do as the kids love it) you are better to buy the 14 day Ultimate ticket - I think ATD have a special offer on this at the min.
We bought our Universal and Seaworld tickets from ATD as well - paid for 2 days and got 3rd say free for Universal - we also got a Kids Eat Free card free.
Hope this helps and any questions feel free to mail me.

Which parks are you planning on visiting, how long are you travelling for, do you have kids, would you be likely to park hop (2 parks in 1 day),

If you give us some details we can make some suggestions which might save you some money.

I bought this 2-park 7-day Universal ticket last year for our trip in December 2007. Bought online from viator.com

They emailed me a voucher immediately after my purchase, which I exchanged for the real ticket at the park gates. It was really straightforward. I will be doing the same again this year.

The 2-park 7-day Universal ticket is currently £42.76, but you can use the promotion code FAB7 to save 7% - making the ticket JUST £39.77.
