Can't comment on 365tickets as have never used them but another option you may have is to get them through tesco clubcard if you have available points.

I used 365 tickets for one of the theme parks last year with no problems but I think it was one of those where you were sent an immediate e-mail and that was what you took to the park, not where you get sent tickets.

I imagine Warwick is the same as it is part of the Merlin group of theme parks.

You normally find that what 365 does so does last minute.com and also the venues own site often offers much the same price for advance ticket purchases.

Tesco or Nectar points a good way to go if you have them.

Have fun. My kids loved Warwick Castle

Forgot to add, very often the "child goes free ticket" offers work out the same as buying the family entry ticket from the park itself. Check out the site and you may find a family ticket direct from Warwick castle is the same total price as the offer you are looking at.
Also, I have used the printed e-mail routine several times with various online companies. There are loads of people in the queues clutching their print outs. Just remember to take the credit card with which you make the booking as they check the printout against your card.

Funnily enough I used them for Camelot Theme Park tickets on Saturday 3rd May. Very easy and painless proceedure. Printed the barcode and it scanned perfectly at Camelot. Bought two family tickets and saved £28.10.:d:
