We go to Orlando in 2 weeks (yippee!) and DH is already moaning that he will miss the final. Can anyone recommend the best place for him & DS (7) to watch the match so I can go shopping in peace!

Thanks

Cricketers is the place to be! We know the owner and they will certainly be showing it and the atmosphere will be great!!

Although.....the owner probably won't be there. He is trying to go to the final! Lucky man!

Ah, but it does not really matter who you support as long as you have passion.I am passionate about Man U because my parents were and because it was either Man U or Liverpool being from NI. When I was growing up it was a joy to watch George Best and the team. This part of the world (Essex) is swamped with 'local' Liverpool fans and there is nothing wrong with that either. There is always a reason why we latch on to a club (could well be because they are doing well, because our parents supported them or indeed they are our local team) and who cares who we support as long as it is Man U! ;) :D

Blimey.... I've been in Essex for 30 years since moving out of East London and I'm not sure where this Scouse Swamp is?? Plenty of Marshes but not seen a swamp??

Lol Harry! come to Saffron Walden and Cambridge for a day visit - lots of Liverpool supporters here, but as i say its the passion that matters. Of course there are loads and loads of West Ham fans. Is that more like it? :D

A Supporters Club???? What is that???

Don't forget when the East End and East London moved out of the area they only had one place that would take them all in.... Essex !! I would say that 1 in 2 football people in Essex support the might Hammers...!!

Anyway what on earth am I doing on a thread talking about Champions League football !! :(

And so nice to see it's showing the UEFA Cup Final on 14 May......a very fine Glasgow Team is involved in this  ;)

The menu looks pretty decent as does the beer list. Happy hour 3-7pm too  As we are staying in LBV it wouldn't be too much of a hardship to try it out in July. Perhaps best to let DW drive on return journey ;)

It will also be on TV. Espn will carry it live at 2:30pm EST. They will probably have a pregame show and final analysis.

Espn classic will have an encore at 11:00pm EST.
