Its hard to tell tbh - I think the cost of tickets has come down - I am sure our tickets in 2003 were more expensive than they are now

Sorry to hijack your thread - it was a really good question that you asked - however just to put a different spin on it, we are considering returning to Florida next year (we're already booked for this October) to do a Twin Centre holiday. Does anyone know how much an Annual Pass costs for non DVC Members? Was wondering whether it's worth buying one of these instead of the Ultimate. On that note, also are the benefits the same on the two passes?

It's hard to gauge. Supply and demand plus exchange rates have a bearing. We bought ours in USD this time with the rate being so favourable.

I was told a couple of weeks ago by a ticket-seller in the UK that they go up about 7% per year. Hope that helps but please don't shoot me if it's not right. LOL.
