Hi, I have used viator but it was for booking theatre tickets and a helicopter flight in New York, both times we received a confirmation email and had to present the booking ref to pick up tickets upon arrival. Very prompt and efficient service with no problems upon pickup. Hope this helps.

I have used Viator for the last three trips but that was to buy the I Ride passes. I simply printed off the vouchers and then handed them to the bus driver for tickets. Im sorry, I dont know how they operate for park tickets.

I think Dreams Unlimited have the same Universal tickets for around the same price - you just print them off at home.

Hi, I have used Viator for the Universal 2park 7day ticket. You get an email with a link to to a voucher which you print out to exchange for real tickets at the ticket booths at either Universal park. It really was very easy, you just present the voucher, they scan the barcodes and check your ID and you get the ticket. It took about 5 minutes.
I purchased well in advance of traveling, but everything came up on the computer at the ticket booth okay.
I have purchased again for our trip later this year. I would definitely recommend them, especially if you are traveling soon and don't have time to wait for tickets to arrive in the post.
Make sure you use the promotion code FAB7 to get 7% off your purchase.
I tell a lie. I have used Viator for trips to Clearwater and Busch as well, and yes, it was print offs for those trips as well.
