DLP and halloween

Ok, so they do celebrate Halloween, but I can't find any info about a 'party' of any sort...
Hopefully someone else will be along with more info?

We went last year for near to halloween and yes the park is decked out and the parades are halloween themed but there wasn't anything such as MNSSHP.
