Presidents Day 2009 Feb 16th

We will be on holiday during this time and was wondering what park would be best to do on Presidents day, taking into consideration that it will be busy? or should we just plan a shopping day?:wavey:

President's Day was on when we went this year and we decided to avoid the parks because we had heard that it gets extemely busy. We went shopping and then back to the Villa to relax for the afternoon and then popped to DTD in the evening for a bite to eat :thumbs-up

That whole weekend is normally busy isn't it? Valentine's Day on the 14th and all that.

We will be there too for that weekend, we may try AK or Epcot which shouldn't be as busy as MK.

They will be all busy that whole week and both weekends.

Any holiday week is generally busy because familys may take their children out of school for a week and only have 4 days out of school instead of 5. Locals have long weekends.

We have been going down at this time for 4 years and we go for 2 weeks. The first week is wonderful and very little time is spent in lines. The second not so much because of the larger volume of guests.

Kennedy Space Centre (because it is soooo spread out) and Discovery Cove, or a short 3/4 night Disney cruise (because numbers are strictly limited) are good choices for Presidents Day/ Weekend.

Otherwise shop or laze at the pool....I wouldn't even think about doing any of the other Parks !!!! :erm:
