Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro's
Grado SR-80
SENNHEISER HD-570's. or 580's
If I was to buy gaming bins, then these would be on my short list.
Sennheiser, legendary build quality. Grado has better sound, but uncomfortable on some people. Beyerdynamic - fantastic all rounder.
Thing is, how is your budget and present sound card? Can you get to a dealer and try before you buy?
Audio Technica ATH-A900 , Sony MDRDS 1000 ( surround sound ) are also worth a look.
The Medusa's are "the latest thing" aren't they? I'm always a bit wary of that unless it sweeps to immediate universal acclaim, and prefer to see if people are still buying them in about a years time.
Have fun.

Any will do, to stop the poww poww poww coming from the dining room, I can say that I'm his dw.
The Medusa's are great headphones sound quality wise but their build quality is appauling. Mate of mine is onto his 3rd pair and these are held together by tape!
