Which Rides?

Hi I might be being a bit stupid, nothing unusual for me ;) but is there anywhere on the site I can find a list of the rides at each park, including Universal and IOA? I want to start to plan what we definately want to do when we're there but am unsure where to find out where the rides are located. Also where can I check height restrictions for my DD's 8 & 10? I`m not sure if there is anywhere on here to look at info. on rides, but if you go on this web site http://www.universalorlando.com/ioa_index.html you will be able to read all about the rides, height requirements etc. and view a short video of the ride. On that web site you can also click on the Theme Parks section on the top left and view the rides, height requirements, short video etc. at Universal Studios. :-)
