My mate always goes straight from the airport in a taxi to the Orlando Information Centre just off I Drive and they have a database there for all of the local hotels and they'll find the best deal for you there.

I like hotelkingdom.com, they have cypress point for $85/night for next week.

I also saw this on Mousesavers.com

Check-in dates: 5/26/08-6/7/08. Use code CXY. Rates starting at $204 plus tax for a Studio at Old Key West or Saratoga Springs. Discounted (but higher) rates available Villas at Wilderness Lodge, Beach Club Villas and BoardWalk Villas. (Does not apply to Animal Kingdom Villas.) Your stay will be priced on a day-by-day basis, so rates may be higher on weekends. Availability is limited. Book by 5/25/08.

I got an email in today from Expedia advertising 40% off hotels in the USA. Orlando was listed. Don't know if they are last minute dates though but thought it worth mentioning.

priceline.com bid for travel or try here (http://www.dreamsunlimitedtravel.com/gaylord/reservations.cfm) for a good dreamsunlimited offer at Gaylord Palms (Gaylord Palms Atrium View $109 per night), and other offers elsewhere.

I just got a great (not late) deal at RoomsNet.com, 7 nights for £101 with £10 loyalty discount. It just depends where you want to be and how much you want to spend I guess?
