I do have the Candy bag, yes you can use it across the body but not as a bum bag. I love the candy bag and have a couple of them. Hope that helps

thanks sharon - I really like the blossom lilac one as its quite summery and will go with most of what is in my suitcase!! lol
You can wear the candy as a back pack as well. :)

I've always wanted one too. Subscribing to see if they are cheaper in the US and where can you get them in Orlando? Thanks.
one off the big department stores in Florida mall, Macy's i think has them. but i couldn't find the one i wanted as they only stock the really new designs. lots off different ones but don't go with a set idea which one you want....hours of walking around looking will follow !!!
If you want a bag that can be worn across the body and as a bumbag, look at the Multiple. I have one of these and it's fantastic, I also shorten the strap and use it as a handbag. :d:

Mazzy - I was thinking of a multiple - is it very bulky when it's round your waist as the piccies I've seen make it look big?
Paula - it depends really how much you put in it, but I don't think it's too bad as bumbags go. Bumbags are great around the parks, but not exactly elegant, which is why both myself and DD love the Multiple as it's so versatile - I only ever take the one bag with me on holiday - saves room for all that shopping! ;)

I was thinking of getting one of these, does it make you hot around the waist? Bit of an odd question, sorry!
Jo - we wear ours kind of on our hips, we find it more comfortable there, and you don't get the problem of the strap sticking to the skin if you're t-shirt rides up. When it's hot I find it's much more comfy to have a bumbag on than have a shoulder strap cutting into you're skin, especially if you're wearing a sleeveless or strappy top.

See I've used a cracking Kipling bag - I think it's called Nemo but I've just googled that and nothing comes up :confused2.
Now it's a fantastic bag but because it's across the body I do agree with Mazzy that it tends to rub on the shoulders (with or without sunburn ;))
Last time I ended up putting a knot in the strap and wearing it on my hips as a bumbag/fanny pack :cool2:.
I have been looking at the Kipling Multiple but I'm also concerned at it's depth and how bulky it is :erm:
