Probably a daft question, but never had to pay attention on where folks going to the Universal hotels have to drive to or park.

We decided to book an overnight stay this trip to take advantage of the FotL passes.

Been to Universal Studios before so know the general direction & assuming it will be well sign-posted, anybody care to convince me though please

TIA

Just head for the general direction of the universal parks and then follow the signs for the royal pacific resort. You do have to pay for parking though, I think it is $14.00 for an overnight stay. Getting to the parks from the resort is either by boat or walking.

The Universal hotels are well sign-posted as you approach Universal. Don't worry you'll see it, drive up to the security gate and tell them you are checking in. You'll then be directed to either the self parking lot or the valet parking. The self parking at RPR is not far at all from the hotel lobby.

HAve a great time. We love staying at RPR :)

As you come up Universal Boulivard , you will see RPR on your left, as you come to the Junction keep in the left hand lane as you turn to the left to go to RPR , keep in the left lane when you turn, because you turn left into RPR after about 100yds or so.

Was that first 'right' supposed to be a 'left'?

Your right [sorry left ]Bozza, yes should have been the left , sorry for confusing anyone.
Just a word on car parking at RPR, sometimes can be lucky and not get charged for parking.
This year i got free parking , i spoke to the Guy in charge of the parking and he compd me my parking for our stay. Also ,anyone with a disabled badge will get free parking , as they honour this, just show the badge at checkin.

You can always check it out on Google maps - it's quite clear to see.

Not sure that link works that well, damn Google!

Scroll up a bit - RPR is basically in the corner formed by Universal Boulevard and Hollywood Way.
