Sea thing at Epcot

At the Living Seas at Epcot, there used to be a sit down car ride under the big fish tanks. Are there any plans for this to be re-opened?

The Living Seas is still there. You get into a hydrolator but at the bottom, you don't get into a car and ride passed the fish tanks, you now just walk round them. Hope this answers your question.
