wheat free products in walmart?

I've tempted my sister and family to join us for our next trip for our ds 18th birthday.She is worried that she may be taken poorly as she is very sensitive to certain foods and tries to avoid wheat products as much as possible.
Can anyone tell me if they stock gluten free bread and other products such as rice cakes at Walmart.

I'm not sure about gluten free bread but with the high rise in the recognition of gluten sensitivities many products are labeled gluten free at Wal-Mart. I would truly be surprised if they didn't have any. Rice cakes are definately available.
