I'm sure Clare will be along soon - she is gluten free and has lots of info. Hold tight, she won't be long I'm sure.

I'm here, bit longer than anticipated - slight technical glitch lol

I've copied a response I did a while back, hope this helps you :)

Orlando is great for GF - I can't offer any advice about where to buy GF food in shops off site, but onsite and offsite restaurants are really good, Disney is wonderful.

Most of the CS restaurants in the Disney parks offer GF food, e.g. GF pizzas, GF burger buns. The food does take a little extra time to order as it is normally prepared in a separate area to prevent cross-contamination.

Disney have a special diet department who are great to liaise with - they'll send you lots of info by email and arrange your ADRs for you. When you make ADRs make sure to have GF noted, at the sit down restaurants the chef will normally come out and go through the menu. When eating at CS restaurants just mention to the cashier taking your order that you require GF.

Best onsite CS restaurants I've eaten at:

HS - Toy Story Pizza Planet - they will make a fresh GF pizza to order.
MK - Pecos Bill - special GF burger buns
MK - Main Street Bakery - fab GF chocolate chip cookies and rice crispie treats
MK - Columbia Harbour House - lovely tuna salad GF rolls
Epcot - Liberty Inn - special GF burger buns

Best sit down restaurants I've eaten at (although all the Disney restaurants cater for GF, some are more 'exceptional' than others):

GF Cafe at the Grand Floridian
Coral Reef at Epcot
Chefs de France at Epcot
Crystal Palace at MK
Captains Grill at Yacht Club
Cape May Cafe at Beach Club
Chef Mickeys at Contemporary

Offsite restaurants:

Olive Garden - not a great choice but extremely helpful and accomodating
Tony Romas - all their rib sauces are GF
Hard Rock Cafe

Hope this helps, the main thing is not to worry, most of the restaurants on and off site really are very helpful. Please PM me if you've got any questions
