AVG what should I do?

I am really no good on computers when they ask me to do something that I do not know about!!! I have the free edition of AVG on my computer but it keeps telling me that from May 31st the 7.5 will be upgraded and that I should get the 8.0 but it looks like you have to pay for that! Does anyone know what I should press to make it go away and still protect my computer?:blush:

I've just checked and my version is 7.5.1.43 but there is no mention on mine of an upgrade on 31st May. Sorry - that's not much help :erm:

It's not just an upgrade. They will be stopping the support for the earlier versions.

When I did ours Ann it did it automatically, just download and intall

My AVG usually just tells me that it needs upgrading, I press the button and it gets on withit. Always made quite clear that it is a FREE upgrade :wavey:
