Hi

Booked DC package direct with them over the phone more than 4 weeks ago but have received nothing in the post :erm:

Do they send out tickets, or do you just show up on the day and hope they have your booking details? - i'm a bit concerned now as the only proof I have is my credi card statement.

I booked over the internet and all your get is a booking reference, which you take on the day, plus your passports etc, did they give you a booking reference number.

When I booked I ticked the box that said send by US Mail, and I received a booking confirmation through the post. As far as I can tell it's got all the info that the email confirmation has on it.

Do you have to take passports to prove who you are?

Yes I believe you do have to take identification with you to be able to book in. You can store them safely in your locker along with the rest of your belongings.

don't think they gave me a booking ref - maybe i'll call them again just to be sure!

I booked direct with them on the internet and got a letter through about a month after with the reference number and all the terms & conditions.
