Has anybody used these before ?
booked Kennedy space centre through them expecting to recieve tickets but have just got confirmation letter off them saying that i have to ring up and book when in Florida. Has anybody done this ?

I booked all our tickets (14 day disney & flex) through them and got real ones through the post - so I think they are genuine. Didn't book Kennedy though, I'm not sure we'll have time to go....:(

May be if you booked the tickets that take you round the whole site (Maximum access, or whatever its called - on a coach) then it may be that you have to phone to secure a time slot on one of the coaches? I know when we went directly to KSC we had to select a time. Could it be because of that?

we got our DC tickets from them and I know it tells you if you want to book your transfers to BG then phone once your there to book it.
I assume with KSC your transport needs to be arranged and collection point and time of travel needs confirming so just give them a call once your there and book your seats.

I received our tickets for aug yesterday,used then last two years and they are great let me pay 20 deposit at beginning of year as well and since there is 12 of us helped us save it through the months.

I have never used them. But i have just checked their prices they are competitive but I managed to get better prices on all our tickets (Disney 14 day, Uiversal 2 Day & Discovery Cove Ultimate total saving of £38 ) via ATD by taking advantage of their price promise . I shopped around allll the sites getting the best price at the time for our tickets and then contacted ATD who matched every price.

W ordered all our tickets from them last time we went to WDW and also this time. They came really quickly and were really helpful especially with our seaworld tickets where I forgot to give them dates we wanted to go - how stupid of me!, so they phoned to confirm all the info.
