Hi,
Its my DD 8th whilst we are in WDW in August. We have booked the Hannah Montana makeover at BBB for the morning and then I am thinking about somewhere nice for lunch/tea afterwards. She is not really into the Disney princesses anymore so CRT is out (even if we could book one!).
Any ideas or recommendations, the only thing I thought of was afternoon tea at Grand Floridian for something a bit different as by this day (near the end of the holiday) we will have had plenty of park food.
Cheers,
Peter

I'm not sure if the Grand Floridian Tea would be a bit stuffy fir an 8 year old. If she doesn't like princesses you could try one of the other Character places like Crystal Palace or Liberty Tree Tavern inside MK, Chef Mickey at the Contemporary or O'Hanna at the Poly. If none of these suit have a look at the menu section of the Dibb for some more ideas

It is my DD 9th birthday whilst we are there and she wants the BBB makeover we are hoping to book it at the magic kingdom boutique and then have a meal at the crystal palace, or if you are at the DTD BBB then you could go to the Rainforest Cafe .

My teenagers voted the Hard Rock Cafe the best meal of our holiday but it is at Universal.
They also enjoy Planet Hollywood & we always have one meal there at WDW or DLP.

Thanks all for your help, I am thinking at the moment that we may book WWC so I can get her to ask for ketchup (which she always does!) and a large coke!

How about the Grand Floridian Cafe? It's a bit more grown up, no characters, but they will make a great fuss of her and they serve a wicked chocolate fondue.

My DD is 8, but it's my DD's 14th Birthday whilst we are in WDW in August. We have booked dinner at Chef Mickeys on the day and I am going to let them know as they give them special treatment if it's their Birthday. We're also going to DC which is a treat for everyone.
We only booked last week for the character meal so it's not too late.:)

This would have been my suggestion. I think it could possibly be a big hit. I'm sure they'd have fun with her if they know it is her birthday as well.
