Anyone else having or had problems booking tickets for entry and a tour over the internet?

I manage to get right through the booking and paying procedure but then as its processing my order, it tells me there is a problem with my order and I should try later. What am I doing wrong? Any ideas?

Ok, scrub the above. Has anyone had any experience of booking entry and one of the tours and getting an e-ticket to exchange at the entrance gate?
