I've found out that we have been assigned a villa at Riverpointe in Bradenton in July. I've been trying to research the place but I'm not having much joy. The only websites I can find are for private villas and these don't give much information in terms of the exact location or indeed what the local amenities are.

Has anyone else stayed there and if so what did you think of it?

Sorry I've not stayed in Bradenton but you will be close to the beaches at Anna Maria Island which are fantastic.

Hi there

stayed for 3 weeks in bradenton last summer-had a fab time
we stayed at River Strand which is a similar community to River Pointe but on the other side of the I-75

the villas are very nice-plasma screens wi-fi etc

there is a massive Wal-Mart

we found it ideal for visiting the excellent beaches up and down the Sarasota coast-as Susie previously mentioned Anna Maria Island is close, also Venice and Siesta Key

you can get to Busch gardens in about 45 mins

there is a large shopping outlet at Ellenton-think it was Prime Outlets-log on to their website and become a VIP for discount vouchers
have tried to put map on
11411

have a great time!

In particular it would be good to get feedback from people who have stayed at Riverpointe in Bradenton through Virgin Holidays.
