myway extra days

hi a friend of mine has just come back from disney and had 5 day myw tickets and waterparks non expiry. i told her she could add more days for future visits and she tried to do this and they told her no . why is this?other people on here have said that they are able to.

You can add extra days to MYW tickets within 14 days of first use. Was she trying to add the extra days after that period maybe?

no they were in florida they have just come back they only went for two weeks. :d:

she had the non expiry option on it so was trying to add more for the next visit
