Help - lost my MNSSHP tickets...

Hi

I ordered MNSSHP tickets for myself and DD on my dads credit card, he received them, but has just informed me that he can't find them anywhere :cry:
Is there anything I can do apart from order more?

It's worth a call to Disney, they may be able to trace them from the credit card and your name/address details.

It shouldnt be a problem, they can track them via your address and CC number. This is why we always find it easier to do "will call" tickets where you pay in advance but dont collect the tickets till you arrive (from any guest services point) - much easier and no chance of me losing them in the months before we go away!

remember that the tickets are like plastic credit cards , just in case he might actually have them but is looking for paper ones,

thanks for your messages - my dad is away from home until Friday and he is going to have a thorough search for them then - he did tell me that they looked like credit cards!

so i'm hoping that they turn up - the problem is that because he is away from home so much, he opens his mail in bundles and he is worried that he may have thrown them out with the junk/envelopes...

I will let you know but keeping fingers crossed!

I lost mine - didnt even realize til the morning of MNSSHP:omg:

We went to DTD to customer services - they were brilliant. If you ordered them online they can just look you up on the computer and re-issue:thumbs-up - took her about 5 minutes tops.

ps - I still havent found them 9 months later:pgig:

I have been in touch with Disney and I need to call at Guest Services when I get there and they say they should be able to issue replacements.
