We got 4 nights in a 4 star hotel for £195 for the end of June

Happy shopping :)

We stayed at the Hotel Jolly Camping - I know it sounds a silly name, but apparently the Hotel Jolly chain is quite well known. That hotel is quite close to the main attractions - the main shopping arcade, cathedral, La Scala operahouse etc.

Thanks both it was cheap ryanair flights that i'd looked at ....not sure how far out the airport is though?.....any ideas of best transfers?

LOL :d: Yep i'd seen lots of Jolly hotels and thought it might be a chain over there but there's just so much choice of 4* hotels at good prices i don't really know where to start to narrow it down. :erm:

Thanks for the info....Ka. x :wavey:

DH used to work there when we got married first Ka, I will ask him later what he recommends! I went there for a weekend once but he had an apartment supplied by work so I can't help you on the hotels front. I remember LOVING it though!! Have a great time :)

Im guessing its going to Orio al Serio (or something) then to get to the centre of Milan, you can get a train from the aiport direct to Milan Centrale station. for about 7 euros pp.

We have to get a bus to out hotel, but at the time of night it'll be a taxi methinks
