I'd start with www.touringplans.com check the crowd calendar for the quietest days at disney parks, and pencil those in, universal/IOA quietest days were ( in 2006 )IOA- mon , thurs univ-weds, friday. So set aside those days for those parks. We make Seaworld our first park , not so much queuing and even if it's busy it doesn't feel to crowded. Check park hours ( blue bar at top of page ) for times for fireworks and parades, and again pencil in. It usually works out like that, hope this helps :)

Sorry, just noticed your countdown - you'll have to wait a while for the park hours and busy days, but you could do a rough outline :)

We make lists, lots of lists.
Which parks? We do half days and then back to the pool for a sleep, so we might go to MK 3 or 4 times in a holiday.
Make ADRs for evening and get to the park an hour earlier to do a few rides before you eat.
Which tours if any?
Which restaurants?
Try to avoid weekends and be prepared to leave a park if it is too busy. Check the weather each morning for the next few days.
Be flexible and make the effort to get up early, its worth it.
