can anybody recommend a good takeaway for our first nite, we will be in the west haven area near championsgate and arrive late saterday. and will probaly be starving.
doesn't matter what type really.

China 1 in Champions Gate is nice.

You might find leaflets in the villa with lots of other choices. Some of the leaflets we tend to get delivered offer to deliver from a variety of restaurants.

We always get Taco Bell - we are never quite sure what we are going to end up with, but it is always tastyand fast.

thanks for that, this might sound stupid but is the chinese menu the same as ours,will we know what to order or do you just go with what sounds good.:erm:

You'll definately recoginse the vast majority of the items but maybe the sauces will be a little different etc.

TAKE A LOOK HERE (http://www.chinaonefourcorners.com/267961.html) there's a link to a voucher and the tel number etc. It gets good reviews locally and has been mentioned on the dibb a few times too. I think the voucher book had a great saving in that FL Girl posted about a while ago but reckon it's a bit of an effort and a little late maybe to get hold of a copy.

If it's familiarity and anything will do you could just get a drive thru Mac D's or subway and even Chilis has a 'to go' menu......all located in Champions Gate as you come off I4 junction 58.

Oh just thought of another choice there's a pizza hut just up the road (polk line connection road) towards Reunion just mins from you....I'll try to find the tel number for you.

Hi we stayed at The Sanctuary at Westhaven last year. There was a really nice chinese and a Pizza Hut (something for everyone!) just along the road. When you come out of the villa community, turn left along towards H27, and there are some shops on the right. It is literally a 2 minute drive.

we are staying at the sanctuary as well, so thanks will definatly be paying a visit to them.

thats amazing we are also on kildrummy drive, it is a small world, is it as good as it looks, and is there shops and eating places locally?

You are literally a minutes drive from Championsgate (if you go right when you come out of Westhaven) and the I27 (if you go left). You can access the I4 really quickly and easily also, and take the shortcut up Old Lake Wilson Road which brings you straight out onto the 192 beside Black Angus Steakhouse.

Its a small world right enough!!! We werent on the corner, our driveway was on a hill (which wasnt good for parking lol) - as you came round the corner we were on the right hand side.

Our villa is on The Abbey - just across the road from The Sanctuary.
I can also recommend China One - both for eat in and takeaway. I'm also pretty sure that Chillis in Championsgate has a takeaway too but I haven't been there........yet!!

Glad The Sanctuary is so popular, but then I'm biased!! My favourite Chinese takeaway is Chinese To Go. As you leave the Sanctuary turn left onto CR54 (Ronald Regan Parkway) and a couple of minutes drive up the road turn right into Ridgeview Plaza (there is a Walgreen's on the corner). I much prefer their food as I find China 1 much too greasy for my liking.

In the same row of shops is a pizza takeaway and a liquor store so you will have all bases covered!

When I remember, Chilis (at Championsgate) also do takeaway in case you fancy something like ribs or a steak instead. Enjoy!

Yes, it is. In fact Chinese to Go faces out onto US27. Beef 'O Brady's is on the corner if that helps you place it.
