Disney dining plan not on for next year!?

as a follow up from a thread i started yesterday, today i went into Thomsons and First choice to get prices for going to florida next year. Asked them to quote me for flights, All stars movies, tickets and disney dinning plan. They could give me a price for the flights/hotel but not the DDP. The both shops said they had heard a rumour that Disney is not doing the dining plan next year.

Has anyone else heard this???

sorry...... just bumping this to see if anyone else has heard about it. I've also tried to book it through disney direct and it's not coming up either for october next year

I'm sure this happened last year. They don't release the prices for the following years DDP until later in the year. I think it's too early to know for sure what is happening next year.

It is not for sale yet as Disney USA have not released 2009 prices or information, booking terms etc yet. The prices will be available in august.

TCD published there free dinning plan in Sept last year. You have to book between August and nov 07 to get the DDP free between August and September. I liked it in 2007 when it was for any of the disney hotels.
