The Spiderman breakfast is fab and an excellent choice for an 8th birthday.
We really enjoy 'Ohanas breakfast with Lilo, Stitch, Mickey and Pluto. This is at the Polynesian hotel which is close to MK.
Crystal Palace would be your best bet for your MK breakfast. A good choice for your DD's age.:thumbs-up
We will be trying the new Donalds Safari breakfast at AK in Dec, it is getting good reviews.
Whispering Canyon Cafe might be fun for the kids. This is at Wilderness Lodge. Its a lot of fun, but not for you if you are easily embarrassed or shy.:D

We enjoyed all our character dining. Chef Mickeys is good for all ages. Crystal Palace in MK was pretty good for lunch but is always packed out. Cape May Cafe in the Beach Club was good, a bit quiter and nice surroundings and we had plenty of time with the characters. If your youngest child likes Little Einsteins or Jo Jo's circus they might like Play and Dine at the Hollywood and Vine. Our son loved it as the children dance around with the characters etc and it had a good atmosphere in the restaurant.

Hi
We did Chef Mickeys for Breakfast and was good fun with the characters dressed in chefs clothes visiting all the tables for autographs and photos.

I would also go for the Princess lunch at Epcot, this was the highlight ofmy DD8 holiday and I will always treasure the look on her face as she saw the princessess approach our table and although we did not enjoy the food as such it was a fantastic experience for her.

Both we do each trip and neither failed to impress with the Characted interaction.
