Hi everyone,

I am looking for some help with regards to the possibilities of villa rental for next summer 2009.
I have 2 requests as its not sure yet what exactly is to be happening.
They are as follows

Im looking for a villa for an arrival date of August 13th or 15th 2009 and for 21 days. This will be based on 4 adults and 2 young children (5 + 11).
This is where the complications set in, im needing use of the villa for the 3 weeks, however for 2 weeks of the 3 the villa will be used by all 6, however on the 3rd week it may only be used by 2 remaining adults as the other 2 + children will have left to come back home to the UK.

If anyone can help me out with any suggestions it would be most appreciated, thanks........

Hi Trevor,

Your request is not a problem lots of guests do what you are thinking of. The beauty of renting a villa is you pay for the villa per week not per person. So as long as you put this on your booking form and the owner is aware of your intentions you should be fine.

We've got availability for your dates so I've sent you a PM. As Mary says it's no problem if some guests leave early as the cost of the villa is per week not per person so no under occupancy fees like the ones you get with tour operators.

Hey everyone, thanks again for all the responses to my request.
I just wanted to let you know know that i am currently inundated with so many offers that i am finding it hard to keep up. LOL.
I am doing my best to reply to everyone, so if i dont get round to it, please dont take this as an im not interested gesture, lol.

As there is more than just me going on hols i am taking all the info i have and showing it to the others in the party, as the overall decision has to suit everyone and not just myself as im sure you can all appreciate.

Thanks again everyone for all the offers, i do realise that obviously the quicker i accept an offer the better and i shall do in due time.

Hi everyone, thanks again for all the offers. I didnt expect to be indated with so many.
This is an update and am sad to say that i dont think the holiday will be going ahead anymore due to a sudden death in the family.
If it goes ahead then its likely to be just myself and partner going now, in which case we will probably go the traditional route of hotel on i drive.
