Can I book ADR's on a Sunday??

The ADR calculator is giving this Sunday as the date to book my ADR for the Fantasmic Package at Hollywood and Vine for the 19th Dec. Does the booking line open on a Sunday and if so is it still the same time??? Thanks :)
